One Week in Paradise/ Bora Bora Sweepstakes (the “Event”)

A. Introduction. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve the chance of winning. Event begins
February 1, 2010 and ends at midnight on June 1, 2010. Event subject to all applicable federal, state
and local laws and regulations. Open to all residents of the Continental US and Canada at least 21 years
of age on date of entry except employees of The Real Tahiti (“Sponsor”) or other participating prize
providers, or entities, including advertising agencies (or the affiliates or subsidiaries of any of them)
(collectively “Event Sponsors”), and immediate family members or persons domiciled with any such
employee. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

B. Entry Frequency. This contest may only be entered once per day - per individual AND per household AND per email address. Users that are caught entering more than once per day, or entering multiple times per email address or per street address will be disqualified.

The Day resets at Midnight EST. Do not enter more than one time per day.

C. Entry Collection Process. To enter online, visit www.therealtahiti.com/oneweekinparadise_sweepstakes.html and submit your name, address, email address and answer survey questions 1-3. All entries must be received online
by midnight EST on June 1, 2010 to be eligible. Sponsor not responsible for entries that are lost, late,
stolen, damaged, destroyed, forged, tampered with, mutilated, incomprehensible, misdirected, illegible,
incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

D. Entry Review Process. All information submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor. Fraudulent entries will
not be accepted and are subject to prosecution. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible
entries received. By entering, each participant confirms having read these Official Rules and agrees that s/he understands and will comply with them. To the extent permitted by law, participation also constitutes consent,
without further compensation or approval, to the use of participant’s name, address, likeness, testimonial and/or
biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes by Sponsor or its designee(s), whether or not
in connection with the Event. The Event is operated by Sponsor, which is solely responsible for its
administration, completion and awarding of prizes. All decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to this
Event are final. The winner, by acceptance of a Prize, agrees to release Sponsor and all Event Sponsors
from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, disability,
attorneys’ fees, costs of litigation and settlement as well as damages or losses to persons and property
that may be sustained in connection with participation in the Event or the receipt, ownership, redemption
or use of a prize, including but not limited to travel to and/or from a location to obtain or use a Prize.

D. Limitations of Liability. Neither Sponsor nor any Event Sponsor has made any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize or the use of the Prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any
additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, acts of any government or authority or any event
beyond Sponsor’s or any Event Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to the
circumstances set forth in the next succeeding section.

Neither Sponsor nor any Event Sponsor shall be liable to any winner or any other person for failure to
supply a Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or
request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s),
order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood,
explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal),
labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance,
insurrection, riot, or any other cause by discretion of Sponsor or of Event Sponsor, as applicable. In the
event of insolvency, we reserve the right to stop accepting submissions or to pre-emptively end the
promotion. Neither Sponsor nor any Event Sponsor shall be responsible for any cancellations, delays,
diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by transportation companies or hotels.
Neither Sponsor nor any Event Sponsor shall be liable for any loss or damage to baggage (if applicable).

D. Prize Information. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, or local taxes, fees, insurance and
other costs, expenses and service charges associated with the prize unless expressly included.
Winner’s tax obligation may be established upon acceptance of prize and may not, thereafter be
eliminated or reduced. Winners must complete, sign and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility
and Release (“Affidavit and Release”) within ten (10) days of receiving notification. The Affidavit
and Release is provided with notification, which is given by US Mail. If the winner does not
complete, sign and return such Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within ten (10) days of
notification or otherwise does not comply with these OFFICIAL RULES, that person will be
disqualified and will forfeit any Prize. Travel companions must execute and return a companion
release, provided with notification, prior to ticketing. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, are not
transferable or exchangeable. Prize is as follows:

Prize: One (1) winner will receive two round trip coach airline tickets from Los Angeles (Airport code LAX) to Tahiti via Air
Tahiti Nui. They will then spend five nights at Le Maitai Polynesia Resort Bora Bora (or similar). The package includes inter-island transportation by boat and a selection of activities including swimming with rays and sharks and a scuba diving excursion. Taxes, gratuities, transfers, airfare and excursions are additional unless otherwise indicated. Rates include a round-trip fuel surcharge on Air Tahiti Nui, and do not include International Departure & Immigrations Taxes up to $93, Passenger Facility Charges of $3-$18 or September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement (up to a maximum $5.00 per one-way or $10 per round-trip). Additional airline restrictions, including but not limited to baggage limitations, standby policies and fees, non-refundable tickets and change fees with pre-flight notification deadlines may apply. Fees and policies vary among airlines and are subject to change without notice. Please contact airline directly for details and answers to specific questions you may have.

Approximate retail value of prize is $4000 without taxes.

In the case of a Prize that is declined or forfeited after acceptance, certain tax consequences may attach.
Sponsor shall have the right but not the obligation to select an alternate potential winner where a Prize is
declined or forfeited if sufficient time remains to confirm and verify alternate potential winner.

Drawing Process. Winners will be selected by means of a random drawing to be held on or about June 2 2010.
Entrants need not be present at drawing. Winners will be selected and notified by US mail on or about
June 10 2010. Once a winner has been selected, it will be checked that this individual has not entered more than one time per day throughout the active window period of the sweepstakes. The user must also be 21 years of age or older and reside in either the United States or Canada

E. Winner's Affidavit of Eligibility. By signing this Winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility, Consent and Release, Acknowledgment of Prize (the Winner’s Affidavit), the undersigned hereby certifies the truth and accuracy of the following
representations, upon which The Real Tahiti is relying in awarding the Prize described below to the
undersigned:
ELIGIBILITY: The undersigned is at least 21 years of age, is a resident of the continental United States or Canada
and is not an employee of The Real Tahiti or the Event Sponsor and is not immediately related to any such employee.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: The undersigned was not required to make a purchase or make a
payment in order to participate in this event or to be selected as a winner.
SKILL TESTING QUESTION: If a resident of Canada is selected as a winner, they will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a timed, mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered by The Real Tahiti Inc. either by mail, telephone, e-mail, or fax (at its sole discretion) before the awarding of the prize.
CONSENT: The undersigned confirms that his/her entry in the Event constituted the undersigned’s
consent to use his/her name, likeness and/or biographical data for purposes of advertising, promotion and
publicity purposes by The Real Tahiti or its designee(s) without further consent, compensation or approval
from the undersigned or any other person, including any representative acting on behalf, at the direction or
in the interest of the undersigned (for purposes of this Winner’s Affidavit, each a “Winner’s
Representative”).
The undersigned also acknowledges and understands that neither Sponsor nor any Event Sponsors
(including any parent entities, subsidiaries, divisions or other related company of any of them), or their
affiliated companies have arranged for and do not carry insurance of any kind for his/her benefit, or the
benefit of his/her heirs, executors or administrators relative to the prize.
RELEASE: Entry in the Event constitutes the undersigned’s agreement, which the undersigned hereby
confirms, on behalf of himself/herself, any Winner’s Representative or other person or entity who may
assert a claim, in the name of, through or on behalf of the undersigned, to hereby release and discharge
The Real Tahiti (including any parent entity, subsidiary, division or other
related company of any of them) and any Event Sponsor (including any parent entities, subsidiaries,
divisions or other related company of any of them), as well as each of their respective officers, directors,
employees, agents, licensees, successors and assignees (individually and, collectively, “Releasee”) from
any and all claims, demands, costs, liabilities, expenses (including reasonable counsel fees), causes of
action and other demands, whether for bodily injury, property damage, incidental or consequential
damages, violation of any right of privacy or publicity of as to any other matter, as may arise out of or
relate to participation in the Event, whether caused directly or indirectly by either the undersigned or a
Releasee, including as may be related to selection of a winner, use of a Prize and/or publicity associated
with or derived from the Event.

In the case of a Prize that is declined or forfeited after acceptance, certain tax consequences may attach.
Sponsor shall have the right but not the obligation to select an alternate potential winner where a Prize is
declined or forfeited if sufficient time remains to confirm and verify alternate potential winner.
AFFIRMATION: This Affidavit affirms that the undersigned has been awarded the above and the
undersigned hereby acknowledges that the Prize is not transferable, refundable, has no cash value, will
not be substituted for or replaced by an alternative prize and is not exchangeable or returnable.
TAXES AND EXPENSES: The undersigned hereby agrees to be solely responsible for all taxes as may be
assessed or payable in respect of the Prize and all expenses he/she incurs, except as specifically included
in the description of the Prize as stated above. Acceptance of Prize may result in tax obligations that may
not be modified thereafter. If Prize is declined after the affidavit is signed and returned, it must be
declined within the same calendar year in which the Prize was awarded to have tax forms
adjusted.
COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIRMENTS: The undersigned has been advised and acknowledges that in the
event a person does not comply with the Official Rules (copy attached) including timely return of the
signed original of this Affidavit, the non-complying person will be disqualified and will forfeit the Prize.
WHEREUPON, the undersigned has agreed to the above and has signified such agreement by
completing and executing the following Certification.
