Scuba Diving - Bora Bora has amazingly beautiful sea life, and there are several excellent scuba diving services so you can go down and say hi personally!

The best scuba diving company on the island is, without a doubt, TOPdive. They offer 6 dive locations, all masterfully scouted to be beautiful and filled with exotic, harmless sea life. Regardless which resort you choose to stay at, there is bound to be a TOPdive location nearby!

You'd be surprised by how inexpensive the dives are, as well. At the time of writing, an introduction dive costs ~80$USD, with special packages for multiple dives!

Snorkeling - Similar to Scuba Diving, Snorkeling is an underwater activity that allows exploration of animal and plant life below the waters at Bora Bora.

It is done in more shallow waters and requires much less equipment. It is also significantly less expensive, and safer for older/disabled tourists!

JetSkiing - For anyone that has never gone jet-skiing, this is an activity that you simply cannot miss. It is exhilirating, amazing, thrilling, and in our opinion, the single most fun activity there is on the island, bar none. We're not kidding - make SURE that you book a jetski lesson or tour!

WaterSkiing - Another important thing that should be on your activity list - Waterskiing! You stand on skis while holding a rope connected to a motorboat. It is a thrill.

Kite Surfing - Here's something a little unusual - Kite Surfing! Essentially it's the same as waterskiing, except instead of skis, you use a surfboard, and instead of a boat pulling you, a kite pulls you!

This exciting and challenging extreme sport is a great way to try something new and thrilling without any danger. Great for all ages!

Glass Bottom Boat Tours - This is COOOOL! Ride a boat with a transparent floor. Feels like Scuba Diving, but keeps you dry! Plus you don't have to worry about dangerous animals, you can get right up close to sharks and manta rays and observe their beauty in these relaxing boats.

Located on the circle island road just past the Bora bora Yacht Club, you'll see the sign and people milling about. (Telephone unknown, and we don't know the address, but it isn't hard to find. Just ask any local.)

4x4 Safari - The roads on Bora Bora are often a bit too rocky for most vehicles. Therefore, 4x4 Jeep-type vehicles are offered for tours. The result? A fun bumpy ride that feels more like an exciting adventure than a simple tour!

The excursions are run by knowledgeable multilingual experts in the culture and history. You'll see the giant coastal defense guns left over from World War 2, learn all about the island's rich history, and you'll even go along the ridge of the huge Mount Popoti!

Parasailing - This is COOL! You can sit comfortably 600 feet above the water, hanging by a parachute. No skills are needed - you simply sit and let the wind carry you far into the air. Both a thrill and a relaxing adventure, this is a sport that few people ever get the opportunity to experience!

All ages can participate, and despite common belief, it is completely safe and risk free.

Deep Sea Fishing - The waters in Bora Bora are rich in exotic, fishable sea life. It is a terrific location for deep sea sport fishing. There are tons of game fish found in these waters, including: Swordfish, Giant Tuna, Wahoo, Marlin, etc!
